Terms and privacy.
This is what applies when you order garments in the shop. Short, in plain English, no fine print hiding anything.
Purchase terms.
Prices are in euro including VAT. Shipping is added and shown in the cart and at checkout before you pay. The price per garment stays the same at any quantity.
Payment is by card through Stripe. We never see your card details. You get an order confirmation with an order number at the email address you enter.
Delivery. Every piece is printed to order by our production partner in Europe. Count on 7 to 14 working days from the day the order is approved. We ship within the EU and to Norway.
Stock. We only show colours and sizes that were in stock at the last check. If something runs out between your order and production we get in touch and offer the closest equivalent or a refund for that piece.
Print and responsibility.
We review every order before it goes to production: print quality, placement and sizes. If we see something that will come out badly we get in touch before it is printed.
You are responsible for having the right to use the logo and the images you upload. We do not print material that clearly infringes someone else's rights.
Colour and placement. The preview in the tool is based on the production partner's own renderer. Small differences in colour tone and placement are normal for print on textile.
Cancellation and returns.
The garments are made to your own specification and cannot be sold to anyone else. Because of this, the right of withdrawal does not apply under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act once the order has been approved for production.
Faulty goods. Misprints, a defective garment or a mistake on our side we put right at no cost: a new piece or a refund. Get in touch within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we sort it out.
Privacy.
What we store: email, name and delivery address from your order, your orders and the design files you upload or save. The data is used to deliver, to let you reorder, and to answer questions about the order.
Newsletters are only sent if you actively ticked the box. You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in the email or by writing to us.
Who processes the data on our behalf: Stripe (payment), Printful (production and shipping, receives name and delivery address), Vercel (hosting and storage of design files), Supabase (database, within the EU) and Resend (email). All under agreements that comply with the GDPR.
Sign-in without a password. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. We store no passwords.
Your rights. You can ask us at any time for a copy, a correction or the deletion of your data. Write to hello@elitestudios.gg. Design files and orders are then deleted, except for what the Swedish Accounting Act requires us to keep for seven years.
